Job Summary Support procurement and project teams by managing sourcing, purchase orders, supplier relations, and compliance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services aligned with project needs. Responsibilities Source and procure materials, equipment, and services following project specifications and company policies Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery orders, and supplier invoices accurately and timely Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and material catalogs to ensure data accuracy Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, confirm delivery schedules, and verify order details Monitor deliveries to ensure on-time receipt of goods and proactively resolve supply delays or issues Assist in conducting cost comparisons, evaluating suppliers, and preparing contract documentation Coordinate with project and site teams to fulfill procurement requirements promptly and accurately Support internal audits by ensuring procurement procedures and documentation comply with standards Assist in preparing procurement reports, tracking budgets, and managing inventory levels Support the Project Management team with documentation preparation and processing tasks Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support procurement and project functions Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Minimum 6 years of procurement or administration experience, preferably in construction or engineering Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and basic contract administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP syst
