Our Client: Our client is a global technology company operating a large‑scale digital platform used by millions of users worldwide. The organisation develops and manages high‑impact consumer and enterprise‑level digital products, supported by advanced data, automation, and content delivery capabilities. Job Details: Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Raffles Place Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary : $3,300 - $4,000 Job Descriptions: Manage and resolve logistics-related complaint tickets within the internal ticketing system Ensure timely and accurate closure of compensation-related cases Identify opportunities to improve ticket resolution turnaround time and accuracy rates Perform monthly reconciliation of compensation claims with logistics service providers Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies Job Requirements: 1–2 years of relevant working experience Degree holder in relevant field.
