Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned and commercially sharp Associate Director to lead cost management delivery across complex construction and infrastructure programmes. Operating at a senior advisory level, you will drive cost strategy, manage client relationships, and provide technical leadership to a team of cost management professionals. This is a high-impact role suited to a motivated individual ready to take the next step toward Director level. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cost managers and quantity surveyors, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Oversee the quality and consistency of cost management deliverables across all projects within your portfolio. Contribute to business development efforts including bid preparation, client presentations, and proposal writing. Support the growth and strategic direction of the Cost Management practice. Cost Management Direct the preparation and review of Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, and cost plans across all project stages. Lead Value Engineering exercises and provide strategic cost advice to clients and design teams. Oversee the tendering and procurement process, including tender strategy, documentation, evaluation, and award recommendations. Manage contract administration in accordance with applicable contract frameworks, including PSSCOC and other standard forms. Assess and negotiate Change Orders, ensuring accurate records and commercial protection for clients. Lead Final Account close-out and reconciliation, preparing comprehensive final cost reports. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary client relationship holder for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat engagement. Present cost reports, risk registers, cash flow forecasts, and programme cost analyses to senior stakeholders. Provide commercially sound advice on procurement strategy, risk allocation, and contract selection. Collaborate with multidisciplinar
