At Apex Harmony Lodge, we care for persons living with dementia. We are looking for an HR Executive who takes pride in getting the details right and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. This role covers payroll, HR operations, compliance, and continuous process improvement. We think you will enjoy this role if you: Take initiative and follow through Communicate clearly, professionally and with empathy Are organised and pay attention to details Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Enjoy solving problems and improving processes Take pride in producing quality work Enjoy learning and trying new things Believe teamwork matters and no task is beneath you You will be responsible for: Managing monthly payroll and statutory submissions Processing employee lifecycle changes and maintaining HR records Handling payroll and HR-related queries Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR policies Preparing regulatory submissions, reports and manpower updates Supporting audits, grants and documentation requirements Maintaining HR templates, SOPs and employee records Supporting staff engagement initiatives and HR projects Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working Helping to create a workplace where people feel supported, valued and able to do their best work What matters most Experience is helpful.
