About the Role We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented BIM Modeller with an architectural background to support our digital delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing, maintaining, and updating high-quality BIM models across all project stages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project BIM standards — with a particular focus on Land Transport Authority (LTA) and civil infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update accurate architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit in accordance with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and agreed modelling standards. Produce detailed architectural models encompassing spatial layouts, building fabric, finishes, fixtures, and architectural components across all project stages from concept through to construction and as-built. Ensure all models comply with agreed naming conventions, file management protocols, and model health standards at all times. Participate in interdisciplinary BIM coordination reviews, identifying and flagging architectural clashes and conflicts with structural, civil, and MEP models. Assist the BIM Coordinator in conducting clash detection reviews using Navisworks or equivalent platforms, and update models to resolve identified conflicts. Generate construction drawings, shop drawing coordination layouts, and presentation visuals directly from the BIM model. Maintain coordinated drawing sets and ensure model-to-drawing consistency throughout all design and construction stages. Support the production of as-built BIM models and record documentation upon project completion and handover. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Architecture, or a closely related design discipline. BIM-specific certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified User/Professional in Revit, or equivalent) are an advantage. Hands-on experience in BIM modelling, pre
