We are looking for a talented Sales and Email Campaign Specialist to drive our client’s outreach efforts and email marketing strategies. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for creating effective sales outreach programs, designing email campaigns, and engaging prospects to build a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills to deliver impactful results. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate and qualify leads. Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships and identifying their needs. Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted prospecting plans. Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage leads and nurture prospects. Create personalized, compelling email content to maximize open and response rates. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making adjustments for optimization. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for outreach. Maintain and update CRM records with lead and campaign details. Track key metrics and provide reports on sales and campaign performance. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a sales, outreach, or email marketing role. Proven ability to develop and manage successful email campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign). Experience with lead generation and qualification processes. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and improve results. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
