Position Summary The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading the full spectrum of Human Resource functions and driving strategic workforce initiatives to support the company’s growth objectives. This role serves as a key member of the management team, providing leadership in talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and workforce planning within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and long-term growth plans. 2. Lead manpower planning and workforce optimization across all construction projects and corporate functions. 3. Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline. 4. Advise senior management on organizational design, workforce restructuring, and strategic HR matters. 5. Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks. 6. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, and industry-specific requirements. 7. Lead employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and investigations. 8. Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that promote operational excellence. 9. Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives across the organization. 10. Oversee foreign workforce management, including work passes, quotas, levies, accommodation arrangements, and regulatory compliance. 11. Lead learning and development initiatives, leadership succession programmes, and workforce capability building. 12. Partner with project directors and department heads to forecast manpower requirements and resource allocation. 13.
