Job Description: Oversees the full payroll cycle for employees, ensuring compliance with applicable employment regulations and statutory requirements. Payroll Administration: Computes monthly salaries, overtime payments, incentives, allowances, and statutory deductions accurately and on time. Regulatory Compliance: Administers CPF contributions, tax clearance submissions, and government-related leave reimbursement claims in accordance with local regulations. Employee Data Management: Maintains and updates employee records, attendance information, and leave balances within the HR/payroll system. Payroll Reconciliation: Reviews payroll reports, validates calculations, and investigates and resolves payroll discrepancies. Accounting Support: Prepares payroll-related journal entries and coordinates with the finance team for accurate financial reporting. Requirements: Diploma in Human Resources or any related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
