J Responsibilities Ceramics tutoring & class designing Plan exhibitions and events including artist workshop; Kiln loading and unloading, and firing of ceramic pieces; Design and produce AIA ceramic product for retails purposes; Sets up, cleans, and demonstrates the use of equipment and instruments; Maintains inventories, orders supplies in accordance with purchasing procedures; Monitor and ensure a clean and safe working environment, with regular upkeep of work area, equipment, supplies, and materials; Any other assigned ad-hoc duties. Qualifications & Requirements Candidates with at least a diploma or degree in 3D art-related qualifications, especially pottery Possess intermediate knowledge of ceramics (throwing, trimming, and glazing) Able to make sake sets and teapot sets Experience with teaching ceramics will be an absolute advantage Passionate about working in the ceramics industry Responsible and well-organized Good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers A team player Willing to work over the weekends and public holidays Meticulous, good organizational and documentation skills
