• Involved in Housing & Development Board (HDB) projects eg: -Rainwater harvesting initiatives for HDB -Renovation and improvement work for HDB Hub toilets -Upgrades and enhancements for multi-storey carpark facilities under HDBjurisdiction • Liaised with residents, overseeing daily repair routines among workers. • Clarified Repair Method Statements for residents, maintaining accuraterecords and adhering to Client’s specifications. • Addressed resident feedback and complaints, reporting outcomes to themanager. • Organized work schedules to prevent conflicts during repairs, fosteringpositive relationships with residents. • Coordinated site inspections and managed defect rectifications. • Planned and coordinated timely execution of works within flats,ensuring smooth project operations among residents, contractors, consultants,and authorities such as Town Councils and HDB.
