Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Deliver,maintain, and support systems across various platforms to ensure optimal performance in high-volume enterprise environments. Collaborate with third-party system administrators and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Participate in technical design discussions with engineering and operations teams. Manage or support system setup, upgrades, migrations, and deployments as part of project delivery. Implement and maintain development, testing, and automation tools, along with required IT infrastructure. Define and establish development, testing, release, update, and support processes within a DevOps environment. Monitor platform health and provide periodic reports, while driving continuous improvements through automation of manual processes. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on system performance, project progress, issues, and technical risks. Support hardware refresh activities and system hardening initiatives. Perform firmware and software updates/upgrades. Maintain proper documentation for system changes and automation implementations. Conducton-site and off-site troubleshooting to resolve system-related issues. Requirements: Strong interest in systems and infrastructure-related work. Hands-on experience with: Server virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix) Cloud platforms (e.g.,Azure, AWS) Operating systems(Windows, Linux) Containerization tools(e.g., Docker) Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Good planning, coordination, and organizational abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication, with presentation skills. A responsible team player with strong ownership and accountability. Resourceful,independent, proactive, and responsive. Customer-orientedmindset with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
