Overview The PerfectDigitalStore Analystwillhelp eGrocery's food and beverage teams win on the digital shelf across Albertsons, HEB and Target.Theywillcontinuously diagnoseand elevatethe digital shelfforavailability, visibility, pricing, content, and promotions toenhance the onlineshopper experience.Theywillneed to collaborate closely withcross-functional teams, shapetrainingrequirements& consolidatebest practices. Responsibilities DiagnoseOut of Stockratesand provide daily/weekly recommendations tooptimizeinventory flow Track search rankings, keyword performance, and organic/paid visibility identify optimization opportunities Monitor pricing changes and promo effectiveness vs. competitors recommend pricing and promotional strategies Ensure product content accuracy, ratings, and reviews across platforms flag gaps and improvement areas Maintain digital shelf standards framework publish monthly performance vs. targets and develop action plans Maintain SKU data consistency and digital shelf platform governance across systems Partner with KAMs, merchandising, supply chain, and content teams drive weekly/monthly reviews and action item execution Help define & test what good looks like (BuildPicture of Success) Qualifications 1. Technical Skills Advanced Excel (pivot tables, datamodeling, dashboards) BI tools like Power BI Ability to extract and transform data across multiple systems Experience in using Digital Shelf Analytics tools 2. Business Knowledge E-commerce/CPG/FMCG experience (preferred) Sales/channel operations background 3. Interpersonal Skills Cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, customers) Clear communication of data insights to non-technical audiences Attention to detail and process discipline Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously (daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc requests) Test & learn mindset Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you Good commercial and ope
