The organization provides advanced billing, analytics, and revenue prediction solutions to treatment centers, enabling them to optimize financial performance and scale effectively. Job Description Lead overall collections strategy aligned with financial and compliance goals Oversee denials, appeals, and follow-ups across unpaid claims Drive reduction in AR days, bad debt, and outstanding receivables Manage payer relationships and ensure timely reimbursements Monitor KPIs such as collection rates, denial rates, and Days Unpaid Collaborate with billing, VOB, and clinical teams across the revenue cycle Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDCPA, and payer-specific regulations Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing collections team Leverage data and analytics to drive process improvements and efficiency Provide insights and reporting to leadership on collections performance The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in healthcare collections, with leadership exposure Strong expertise in behavioral health collections and payer processes Proven ability to improve AR performance and reduce outstanding receivables Deep understanding of denials management, appeals, and insurance collections Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability Experience with EMR/RCM systems (e.g., Kipu, Kareo, or similar) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FDCPA) What's on Offer Leadership role in a fast-scaling healthcare RCM company High impact on revenue and financial performance Opportunity to shape collections strategy and processes Remote work flexibility with a collaborative team environmen
