About the Role We are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow our hospitality technology business across Southeast Asia, with an immediate focus on Malaysia , and expansion opportunities in Indonesia and the Philippines . This role is suited for a sales professional who understands the hotel, property, or hospitality technology landscape and is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders such as hotel owners, operators, developers, consultants, and technology partners. You will own the full sales cycle, identify new business opportunities, build market relationships, and work closely with internal teams on technology solution discussions involving hotel systems such as PMS, GRMS, BMS, and related platforms . Key Responsibilities Drive direct sales and business development activities in Malaysia to achieve revenue growth targets Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia and the Philippines Build relationships with hotel owners, operators, developers, consultants, and hospitality decision-makers Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, and deal closure Position hospitality technology solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Work closely with internal teams, system partners, and external vendors on solution proposals and integration projects Support market expansion by identifying target accounts, partnership opportunities, and key industry channels Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term account growth and repeat business Travel within Southeast Asia when required for client meetings, site visits, industry events, and project discussions What We Are Looking For Sales or business development experience in hospitality technology, hotel systems, property technology, building solutions, or related industries Familiarity with hotel or building-related systems such as PMS, GRMS, BMS, access control, in-room
