Opportunity As the Underground Transmission Line Project Engineering Manager, you will: Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians Manage diverse and complex projects within design services and EPC programs Oversee design quality, budgets, and schedules Support client interaction, proposals, and business development About the Team The business is focused on helping clients meet rapidly changing infrastructure needs, with a strong emphasis on renewable energy and sustainable solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across disciplines Coordinate directly with clients on project changes Review and coordinate engineering work, serving as engineer of record when required Build strong relationships with project leaders, design teams, and support staff Translate client interests into actionable project strategies Contribute to business development and proposal activities Travel occasionally for site visits, design reviews, and client meetings Mentor and guide team members while upholding quality standards Preferred Qualifications Experience managing EPC or design services underground transmission line projects for U.S. investor-owned utilities Strong background in high-voltage underground transmission line design, lifecycle management, and equipment specifications Proficiency in developing plan and profile drawings; working knowledge of CYMCAP and Pull-Planner Advanced understanding of engineering principles, design guides, and industry standards Experience with interdisciplinary project coordination, procurement, permitting, and construction support Familiarity with proposal development and engineering estimates Excellent communication and client engagement skills P.E. license highly preferred Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited program 8+ years of relevant experience Ability to meet pre-employment re
