Job Description
This role is responsible for initiating conversations with real estate agents, identifying opportunities, and scheduling qualified meetings for our loan officers. This is not a script-reading or call center role. We are looking for someone who can think, engage, and create meaningful business conversations. Key Responsibilities Identify and research real estate agents within target markets Execute daily outbound outreach (calls, texts, and emails) Engage agents in professional, value-driven conversations Qualify agents based on activity, production, and opportunity Schedule meetings directly onto loan officer calendars Provide detailed notes and context to set meetings up for success Follow up consistently with agents to build ongoing relationships Partner with marketing and sales leadership on campaigns and messaging Track activity, conversations, and outcomes in CRM Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Inside Sales Agent (ISA) or real estate team experience B2B SDR / appointment setting experience (SaaS, recruiting, etc.) Mortgage or real estate support roles with strong communication skills Experience booking meetings or generating opportunities Benefits Above market salary HMO on Day 1 for principal and two dependents Government-mandated benefits Performance-based Incentives Quarterly Company Events In-depth training for career growth Great Company Culture and HR experience 1,000 PHP De Minimis Equipment and software provided Originally posted on Himalayas
