Saving children.® Job Description As a Software Engineer IV on the BIDE platform , you’ll serve as a technical leader for the systems that power ALSAC’s enterprise analytics ecosystem . This role offers true end‑to‑end ownership —from architectural design through production stability—on a mission‑critical BI platform that supports decision‑making at scale. You will lead the design, build, and evolution of complex, high‑scale data and software systems while partnering closely with Enterprise Architecture, Product, and Engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical authority, architectural influence, and operational excellence , and who enjoys balancing delivery, reliability, and long‑term platform health. What You’ll Do Technical Leadership & Architecture Serve as the technical authority for platform‑level systems, owning architecture, data flows, and technical standards across products. Design, build, and maintain robust technical processes spanning multiple technologies, programming languages, and database structures. Partner closely with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment between architecture standards, technical solutions, and business outcomes.
