Basic Requirement for Information Technology Specialist (Systems Analysis):Specialized and Other Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience working with highly specialized telecommunications and information technology programs, systems, services, and equipment which are unique, cutting-edge and unconventional in nature. Evaluating IT systems to include development, testing, evaluation, acquisition, deployment, and sustainment. Advising on matters related to special, sensitive communications program and management analysis and manpower resource allocation. Experience in planning, developing, and training of all Sensitive Communications tactics, techniques and procedures that demonstrate knowledge of current developments, and implementing information security protocols using oral and written communication. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
