Senior Payroll Specialist This is a Remote position based out of the US. Mission: The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for executing a broad range of payroll activities, including payroll processing and employment tax reporting and filing, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Scope: The Senior Payroll Specialist reports to the Payroll Manager and is accountable for supporting end-to-end payroll operations for Beeline, North America. Role Expectations: Execute accurate, timely payroll processing for weekly and biweekly cycles, including off-cycle payments, bonuses, severance, and corrections. • Perform payroll reviews, audits, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance. • Monitor payroll operations end-to-end, proactively resolving or escalating issues, and support quarter-end and year-end close activities. • Support employment tax compliance activities, including tax registrations, jurisdiction setup, filings, reconciliations, and resolution of tax notices. • Research and address federal, multi-state, and local payroll tax compliance matters, ensuring adherence to wage and hour laws, withholding requirements, garnishments, and regulatory deadlines. • Maintain current knowledge of U.S. and Canadian
