We are a US-based company seeking medically trained staff based in the Philippines. As a Dental Healthcare Virtual Assistant® (DHVA), you will work directly with our clients -- Dentists and dental professionals with different specialties based in the USA. We help our clients improve workflow, save time, and remove the burden of in-room documentation. A DHVA can also help with back-office and administrative tasks. You will have the following responsibilities: Back-office Tasks Front Desk Tasks Patient Scheduling Appointment Confirmations Dental Transcription Virtual Scribing/Dental Charting Chart Management Dental Lab Order Management Prescription Refills Dental Records Management Check Insurance Eligibility/Insurance Verifications Pre-Determinations Referrals Medical Billing Claim Rejection Appeals Requirements You will be successful in this role if you have the following qualifications: You are a graduate of any dental health profession, and/or You have experience with U.S. dental insurances You can speak and write well in English You are proficient with dental terminologies and practices You can connect with a variety of people and build rapport You have good attention to detail especially in written reports You are comfortable with virtual technologies and can quickly learn. Internet speed must be at least 10mbps download and at least 3mbps upload.
