About the Role Key Responsibilities Sales Forecasting & Planning Own end-to-end bookings forecasting processes, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cycles. Partner with Sales leadership to validate commit, upside, and risk, ensuring forecast accuracy and predictability. Maintain back-testing models and continuously improve forecasting methodology. Quota & Coverage Modeling Lead quota allocation modeling, coverage ratio analysis, and capacity planning. Support annual and mid-year quota cycles with data-backed recommendations. Build scenario models that inform AOP planning and compensation design. Bookings Validation & Data Integrity Own bookings validation and reconciliation processes across CRM, CPQ, and Finance systems. Ensure accurate classification of new logo, renewal, and expansion bookings. Maintain controls that ensure attainment calculations and reporting outputs are reliable and audit-ready. Revenue Operations Analytics Support pipeline health analysis, attainment tracking, and plan-to-actual variance reporting. Identify structural drivers of over- and under-performance and provide data-backed recommendations to Commercial leadership.
