This is a quota-carrying role focused on identifying, creating, and closing new revenue opportunities within existing client organisations. You will operate as a strategic commercial partner to senior stakeholders, uncovering workforce expansion initiatives, new geographic hiring needs, and additional use cases for Safeguard’s solutions. Success in this role requires strong consultative selling skills, commercial drive, executive engagement capabilities, and the ability to proactively build pipeline within an assigned book of business. We are looking for someone who combines the structure and discipline of strategic account management with a true hunter mindset. You will be motivated by revenue growth, comfortable operating against monthly and quarterly targets, and skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments to expand client partnerships.
