Beauty & Wellness 📍 Location: Central Singapore 💰 Basic Salary + Monthly Allowances + Incentives + Transport Allowances 🗓 Work Schedule: 5-day work week (must be able to work weekends) Working Hours- 5 days a week • Mon – Sat: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Sun: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Responsibilities Support daily operations of the customer service and contact centre team. Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online channels. Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests. Provide professional customer service and recommend suitable services and promotions. Follow up on customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation.. Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of customer service, contact centre, or supervisory experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving and organizational skills. Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms.
