Job Description
As a Labor Engineering PM III for Workforce Engineering (WFE) within WWGS Operations Business Support, you will own the technical systems layer that underpins labor standards development across all store - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Strong understanding of labor standards development and workforce planning methodologies. - Expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and systems architecture. - Ability to define and implement data governance frameworks from the ground up. - Cross-functional influence and stakeholder management at senior individual contributor and director levels. - Data-driven decision making with ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments. - Strategic thinking with practical execution skills — ability to balance long-term architecture decisions with near-term delivery. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to write and defend technical narratives for leadership audiences. - Proven ability to build scalable tooling and automation to improve team efficiency. - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Business, or relevant field. - 5+ years of experience in labor engineering, workforce planning, industrial engineering, or data systems integration within retail or supply chain operations.
