About the Team Our People team partners across three enterprise-critical areas: Global Internal Audit : Provides independent assurance and advisory services, helping Walmart manage risk, protect assets, and enable responsible growth. Audit plays a critical role in building a common language of risk across the company , especially as the business and regulatory landscape evolves. You'll partner with Audit leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines, evolve skills for a tech-enabled future, and support organizational effectiveness . Corporate Strategy : Includes Corporate Development & M&A, Enterprise Data Strategy, Strategic Partnerships, Tech Finance, and Strategy . These teams shape Walmart's long-term direction and growth agenda , from acquisitions and partnerships to data-driven innovation and capital allocation. As their People Partner, you'll help attract, develop, and retain top talent while driving organizational agility to support growth and transformation.
