We operate across high-demand service verticals including Kitchen Duct Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, HVAC O&M, Technical Manpower, Housekeeping, Facade Cleaning, Fire & Ansul Systems, Kitchen Equipment Services, and other specialized facility management solutions. As we scale towards the next phase of growth, we are looking for a sharp, structured, execution-driven Business Operations Manager who can bring process, visibility, accountability, and control across the organization. Role Overview This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building order in a fast-moving business environment. The Business Operations Manager will work closely with the Founder and department heads to convert daily business chaos into structured execution. The role will act as the company's internal control tower ensuring that Sales, Operations, HR, Accounts, and Client Coordination work with clear processes, dashboards, ownership, timelines, and follow-ups. This is not a routine admin role. This is a business-critical role for someone who can think like an operator, execute like a project manager, and follow up like an owner. Key Responsibilities 1. Build Business Processes That Actually Work Create and implement practical SOPs, trackers, checklists, escalation matrices, and review systems across departments. Identify gaps in current workflows and convert them into simple, repeatable, and trackable processes. Ensure teams move away from person-dependent working and start operating with clear ownersh
