Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day running of all social media accounts — scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and keeping the brand voice consistent Create eye-catching captions, graphics, and short-form video content that communicates value clearly and connects with the right audience Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions promptly and professionally — building trust one conversation at a time Research trending content formats, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure the brand stays relevant and ahead of the curve Maintain and update content calendars that keep campaigns organised, timely, and aligned with broader marketing objectives Track key social media metrics including reach, engagement rate, and follower growth — preparing regular performance summaries for the team Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing leads to produce cohesive campaigns that perform across multiple channels Support the rollout of digital campaigns and promotions — assisting with coordination, scheduling, and post-campaign performance reviews Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above Able to create engaging content with strong copywriting skills and basic graphic design proficiency Familiar with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social Strong awareness of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms EA License Number: 25C2980 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with Singapore's PDPA.
