Team Leadership & Staff Development Supervised, coached, and motivated sales staff and promoters to deliver high service standards and achieve sales targets. Conducted on-the-job training on customer service, selling techniques, product knowledge, POS systems, and grooming standards. Managed staff discipline, performance monitoring, and monthly roster planning to ensure optimal manpower utilization. Ensured adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and service excellence standards. Customer Relationship Management Handled customer enquiries, complaints, returns, and credit approvals promptly and professionally.
