ROLE The Ntech Engineering Operations team at Netflix focuses on optimizing operational efficiency by streamlining and automating workflows, reducing overhead, and ensuring our systems scale effectively. We provide a broad portfolio of services across first- and third-party enterprise systems and SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Zendesk, and Slack. As a centralized team of operations experts, we aim to remove friction, simplify workflows, and provide technical solutions to Netflix employees so they can focus on bringing engaging stories to our members all over the world. This engineering role is rewarding for people who have a passion for workflow automation, reducing operational overhead, and streamlining systems to scale effectively. You’ll be a part of an established team focused on building robust operational practices around our first- and third-party service and system portfolio while prioritizing engineering efforts to reduce toil, automate tasks, and enable the broader Netflix workforce.
