Otis is seeking a strategic and results driven Regional Category Manager to lead sourcing activities for elevator doors and mechanical fabricated components across the NAA region. The scope includes door panels, door operators, headers, sills, rollers, tracks, and associated metal assemblies. The successful candidate will deploy the global category strategy in full alignment with the Global Category team and the NAA Supply Chain Business Partner. The role includes responsibility for strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract management, supplier performance improvement (including the Supplier Premier program), and cost optimization initiatives. The Regional Category Manager will drive productivity, quality, lead‑time, and supply assurance goals while actively managing supplier risk.
