About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and scaling high-quality software solutions that drive product growth and deliver direct value to our customers. You will be instrumental in bridging frontend and backend development, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment to build robust fintech products. In addition to traditional development responsibilities, you will work in an AI-assisted engineering environment, using modern AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and ship features faster. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications that are critical to our product offering. Collaborate effectively with Finance, Data, and Product teams to define, implement, and iterate on key product features. Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices. Leverage AI-assisted development tools (such as coding copilots and code generation tools) to improve productivity, while reviewing and validating generated code to ensure production quality. Tackle complex technical challenges and contribute significantly to architectural decisions and system design. Work extensively with APIs, develop data-driven solutions, and leverage cloud infrastructure, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Ensure smooth and efficient deployment and delivery through CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's architecture, codebase, and evolving customer needs. Actively participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and promote engineering best practices across the team, including effective use of AI development tools.
