Location: Orchard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Our client is a leading global hospitality company. They are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring costs, improving operational efficiency, and supporting profitability across the business. Working closely with Finance, Food & Beverage, and operational departments, you will provide valuable financial insights that help drive informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Cost Management & Analysis Monitor and analyse food, beverage, and operational costs to identify trends and variances. Evaluate financial performance against budgets and targets, highlighting risks and opportunities. Identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements. Support departments in implementing effective cost-control measures. Reporting & Financial Planning Prepare regular management reports, cost analyses, and performance dashboards. Review financial results and provide recommendations to improve profitability. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Participate in periodic reviews with operational teams to monitor cost performance. Business Partnering Collaborate closely with Finance, F&B, and operational teams to drive financial awareness and accountability. Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate financial information effectively. Controls & Process Improvement Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Support audit requirements and maintain strong governance practices. Review existing workflows and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy. Assist in implementing new tools and reporting solutions. Systems & Administration Utilise Excel and financial systems to analyse data and generate reports. Maintain accurate records and supporting d
