Job Description
The role involves supervising building and infrastructure project. Job Requirements: The Resident Technical Officer (RTO) shall possess a Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS), or an equivalent qualification. Must be accredited by and registered with IES and/or ACES, with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in supervising deep excavation and/or basement works. Carry out full-time supervision of construction works in compliance with BCA regulations, contractual requirements, and the instructions of the Resident Engineer. Monitor construction progress and ensure that all works and materials used comply with approved specifications, codes of practice, standards, and relevant regulations. Perform any other project-related duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer and supervise all works to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations. Prior experience with HDB, CAG, or MRT projects will be an added advantage.
