Job Responsibilities Support the Delivery Management Office (DMO) Asia team in managing and monitoring Asia-wide IT initiatives. Prepare and submit project status reports, release calendars, risk & issue registers, and portfolio budget reports. Coordinate with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. Apply project management methodologies, milestone tracking, change management, and governance frameworks. Support senior management reporting for banking platforms such as CRM, digital channels, credit management, core banking, and payment systems. Manage contracting, hiring coordination, vendor invoicing, and operational processes. Develop Tableau dashboards to monitor project budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare executive presentations and reports with clear, data-driven insights. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process enhancements. Ensure project documentation and reporting standards are consistently maintained. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or Project Management Office (PMO) functions. Proven experience in project governance, portfolio reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong knowledge of IT project lifecycle and delivery methodologies. Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and reporting. Familiarity with banking systems such as CRM, Digital Banking, Core Banking, Credit Management, or Payment Platforms will be an advantage. Experience in vendor management, contracting, and invoicing processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across different regions.
