Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities, including rebar installation, formwork, concreting, and heavy-duty operations. Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and equipment to achieve project milestones. Review technical drawings and method statements; provide hands-on guidance to site teams. Monitor workmanship quality and enforce compliance with specifications and WSH standards. Plan and allocate resources efficiently to minimize delays and wastage. Prepare daily progress reports and escalate site issues or delays to management. Conduct site inspections, rectify non-compliances, and mentor workers to improve productivity and safety awareness. Liaise with engineers, project managers, and clients to resolve technical and operational challenges. Ensure project deadlines are met through effective planning and supervision. Verify and sign workers’ timesheets before submission to HR. Requirements 2–3 years of supervisory experience in building, civil, process construction, or shipyard projects, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role. Overseas site experience will be an advantage. Strong technical knowledge in concreting, reinforcement, formwork systems, and general construction activities. Experience in Singapore or overseas process construction, petrochemical, oil & gas, marine, or shipyard environments will be an added advantage. Proven ability to manage and communicate effectively with a multinational workforce. Physically fit, adaptable to outdoor working conditions, and willing to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
