Job Description
Responsibilities: - Assist the Chefs in daily food preparation - Ensure the kitchen is clean and properly maintained - Oversee food preparations, presentations and storage to ensure food health and safety standard Qualities we seek include: - Experience in cooking kitchen work - Positive attitude and commitment to excellence - Respective skills to perform required duties - Team player who works well with the kitchen staff - Willing to learn and able to work under pressure - Minimum 5 years of working experience in South Asian cuisine - Must be able to work night shift and split shift - Must be able to work extra hours, weekends and public holidays if required
