The Community You Will Join Airbnb's Marketing Creative Studio is a team of storytellers dedicated to bringing the Airbnb brand to life through world-class content. We produce animation, film, and design work that spans product launches, social content, and globally visible campaigns. This role sits at the heart of that studio, working closely with cross-functional partners across Program Management, Communications, and Marketing to deliver high-impact content at the speed of Airbnb's product cycles. The Difference You Will Make As a Creative Production Lead, you will serve as a dedicated, full-time producer embedded within our studio team — owning the end-to-end production of content for product launches, social announcements, and digital events. You will be the connective tissue between creative and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring high-quality animation and film content is delivered on time and at the highest standard.
