Job Description
Responsibilities: Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end closing, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and financial analysis to support business decision-making. Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning exercises. Support external and internal audits, as well as corporate tax and GST preparation, computation, and submission. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements. Drive process improvements and support the implementation of accounting systems, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions where applicable. Perform other ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CA) is an advantage. Approximately 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a full-set accounting role. Strong understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards, GST, and tax compliance. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Exposure to accounting automation tools or AI-based finance systems is a plus. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
