Job Description
The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily site operations for piping installation projects. The role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, materials, site activities, and ensuring piping works are completed safely, according to drawings, project requirements, and schedule. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily site activities for piping installation works. Liaise with Project Manager, Engineers, Supervisors, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to project schedule. Coordinate manpower deployment, tools, equipment, and material deliveries. Ensure piping installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Conduct site inspections and follow up on quality issues and rectification works. Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and documentation. Coordinate with other trades (M&E, civil, etc.) to avoid work conflicts. Monitor workers’ attendance, productivity, and site discipline. Ensure compliance with WSH safety requirements and company procedures. Arrange and coordinate testing activities (pressure test, flushing, inspection, etc.) where required. Maintain proper records of drawings, permits, inspection reports, and site documents. Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress.
