Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the company's procurement activities for project materials, equipment and services. Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective procurement. Prepare and review purchase orders, quotations and procurement documentation. Coordinate with project, engineering and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and procurement costs. Support project tendering, budgeting and cost control activities. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Job Requirement: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related fields. Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, engineering or semiconductor industries. Strong negotiation, supplier management and cost control skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese colleagues and stakeholders.
