Job Description
Responsibilities Design & Development: Own the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of CLM Manager middleware and configure the Fenergo platform (KYC, AML, Onboarding, CDD) to meet business and regulatory requirements. Requirements & Solution Design: Collaborate with system analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical impact analysis, assess risks/constraints, and design technical solutions based on functional specifications. Implementation & Testing: Build and configure solutions, customize workflows, rules, data models, and UI components; perform unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing. System Integration & Upgrades: Work with integration teams on APIs and data mapping across systems, support cross-system integrations, and participate in platform version upgrades and configuration migrations. BAU & Incident Support: Provide day-to-day application support, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents/service requests, and perform root cause analysis for recurring problems. Release & Compliance Management: Prepare and review release documentation, support deployments and validations, ensure adherence to SLAs, ITIL processes, and enterprise architecture standards. Planning & Team Collaboration: Plan development activities, provide effort estimates, guide team members and vendors, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate risks or issues to project management when required. Requirements 8–10 years of software development experience using .NET technologies, preferably C#.NET. Cloud & Azure Skills: Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining cloud-native .NET applications on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions and Azure messaging services. Industry Background: Experience working in banking or financial institutions is preferred. Development Practices: Good understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
