Job description The Residential Maintenance Supervisor coordinates with landlords, managing agents, occupants, service contractors, and in-house technicians to manage routine and major maintenance for approximately 122 operating leased and nine capital-leased residential units. The position supervises four Residential Maintenance Technicians who perform minor repairs and improvements and provides technical oversight of contractor-performed services. The incumbent conducts site visits, recommends technical solutions, plans and prioritizes workload, and ensures quality control in accordance with U.S. Government standards. Responsibilities include supporting residential unit selection and disposition, managing occupant turnover and make-ready activities, and overseeing maintenance-related contracts and preventive maintenance programs. The position also serves as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for residential maintenance services and ensures effective coordination among stakeholders to support a responsive and compliant housing program. At least two years of college or university studies in fields such as facility maintenance, engineering, construction management, building technology, or business administration is required. A minimum of two (2) years of experience performing residential or facilities maintenance work in a customer-service-oriented environment is required. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is required. Must have good working knowledge of oral and written English language skills. Possess a valid host-country Class 3 driver license.
