Job Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and support team members in achieving individual and team KPIs. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve productivity and service quality. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that supports continuous learning and development. Identify and develop new business opportunities across general insurance products. Implement business strategies to achieve premium targets and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and corporate clients to support client acquisition and retention. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Work closely with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and regulatory compliance.Underwrite commercial and industrial risks within delegated authority, in accordance with underwriting guidelines and treaty terms. Escalate and recommend risks beyond delegated authority to the underwriting team. Prepare competitive quotations for agents and clients, and review renewal terms including pricing, coverage conditions, and policy wording. Coordinate or conduct risk surveys where necessary to support underwriting decisions. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in any discipline or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in general insurance or a related industry. Possess Certificate in General Insurance (CGI). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
