Lift Team Leader Work Location : Various locations within Mainland Singapore Working Hours : Mon – Fri 8am – 5.45pm Monthly Salary : From $3,660 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB) Employment Type : Full time, Permanent Contract Company Overview The company is a leading global organization recognized for delivering high‑quality solutions across diverse industries. Responsibility Maintenance Supervision – Plan, organize, and supervise daily lift & escalator service activities. Breakdown Response – Lead service teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely fault resolution. Safety & Compliance – Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with BCA/MOM regulations. Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs, analyze callback data, and implement improvements. Client Coordination – Liaise with clients, managing agents, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Team Development – Mentor and guide technicians to strengthen technical and safety competencies. Documentation – Prepare service records, audit reports, and management documentation. Requirements Diploma or equivalent in Vertical Transportation or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in lift and escalator maintenance Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred Email resume to harrychen@recruitlync.com or WhatsApp +65 88583584 (Texting only No calling, thanks!)
