Job Summary Drive sales growth and build customer relationships by promoting dining services, banquet packages, and catering offerings. Identify new business opportunities, manage client engagements, and achieve sales targets through proactive marketing and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, travel agencies, and individual customers to secure bookings for private dining, company functions, weddings, and festive events Prepare and negotiate quotations and packages tailored to client needs to close sales effectively Coordinate reservations and ensure seamless communication between customers and restaurant operations teams to deliver excellent service Follow up on customer feedback and handle enquiries professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction Actively promote the restaurant through networking, social media outreach, sales visits, and participation in marketing campaigns or food-related events to increase brand visibility and sales Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to inform business development strategies Manage time and priorities efficiently to meet monthly sales targets in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including working weekends and public holidays as required Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with diverse customer groups Required competencies and certifications Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers and stakeholders Experience in F&B sales, hospitality, or customer service demonstrating ability to drive sales and manage client relationships Preferred competencies and qualifications Self-motivation and target-driven mindset to achieve sales goals Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts and events
