Job Summary Beverly Hotel Elements is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management of the Director's daily activities, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position follows a 5-day work week and may require flexibility to work beyond regular office hours when necessary to accommodate the Director's schedule and business requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and minutes. Handle email correspondence, telephone calls, and communications on behalf of the Director in a professional manner. Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and prepare detailed travel itineraries. Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents as required. Assist in project coordination, monitor progress, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Maintain organised filing systems and records, both physical and electronic. Liaise effectively with internal departments, business partners, vendors, and external stakeholders. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Support the Director in administrative and operational matters to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
