Company Overview Our client is a global oil and gas services and equipment manufacturer Job Summary Support HR and administrative functions by managing travel arrangements, handling communications, coordinating document dispatch, and improving HR processes to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities Support HR administration tasks to maintain accurate records and assist HR operations Improve HR and administrative work processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Arrange travel and hotel accommodations for guests and employees, including managing visa applications Respond promptly to incoming calls, general enquiries, and attend to guests and visitors professionally Coordinate dispatch and receipt of documents and packages by liaising with courier companies Participate in assigned HR and administrative projects to support team objectives Qualifications Completion of N / O level or Diploma education 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience Other Information 5 days per week (1 day work from home) Location: Near Gul Circle MRT (5 minutes walk) Salary range: $2400 - $2700 Able to start work within 1 month Interested applicants please send over your Resume.
