Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Embedded Software Engineer to provide technical support and product expertise for systems deployed at customer sites. In this role, you will troubleshoot product issues, support root cause analysis, and work closely with Product Development and Field Service teams to drive timely and effective resolution. You will also contribute to product improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and deployment support to ensure strong customer satisfaction and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for products installed at customer sites, both remotely and on-site when required. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues reported from the field in a timely and effective manner. Work closely with the Product Development team to investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with the Field Service team to support issue resolution, product servicing, and customer satisfaction. Analyse field performance data and provide feedback to support continuous product improvement. Prepare and maintain technical reports, service documentation, troubleshooting records, and issue tracking updates. Support product testing, validation, and deployment activities where required. Conduct on-site visits to customer locations for troubleshooting, servicing, installation support, and technical assistance. Assist in developing service procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials for internal and external users. Ensure clear communication and follow-up with customers regarding technical issues, progress updates, and resolutions. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in product support, servicing, troubleshooting, field support, or a related technical role.
