Join a dynamic Contact Centre Operations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple service channels. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints through phone, email, and other customer touchpoints, while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service standards. Key Responsibilities Manage customer and advisor enquiries, requests, and feedback through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and case management platforms. Provide support and guidance on the use of customer portals and mobile applications. Handle escalated cases and ensure all service requests are resolved within established service standards. Deliver professional, empathetic, and customer-focused service across all interactions. Support departmental workflows, administrative processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Diploma qualification or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service, contact centre, call centre, or financial services environments preferred.
