Job Summary Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring delivery within specifications, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to coordinate activities, oversee quality and safety standards, and manage contracts and documentation. Responsibilities Execute construction projects to meet specifications, budget, and schedule requirements Apply expertise in condominium and deep basement construction to guide project execution Establish and approve project objectives in collaboration with the Director Coordinate project-related issues with internal departments to ensure smooth operations Liaise with clients, engineers, and their representatives to resolve project matters effectively Identify training needs of project staff and organize relevant training sessions, including on-site training Review and assess material and subcontractor quotations for project suitability and cost-effectiveness Approve material requisitions within authorized limits to maintain project progress Review and evaluate all contract variations and claim submissions for accuracy and compliance Ensure preparation and approval of all quality system documentation, including Project Management Plan, Project Quality Plan, method statements, work procedures, and Inspection & Test Plans Chair Project Quality System Review meetings to monitor and improve quality standards Assign staff responsibilities for document control, inspection and test equipment management, and temporary works design and construction control Enforce adherence to the highest Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality standards throughout project activities Negotiate pricing, special conditions, and contract addenda with subcontractors, including nominated subcontractors, and vet subcontract documents Collaborate with the Director to agree on Final Accounts with subcontractors and clients Ensure all required bonds, warranties, and guarantees are obtained, submitted, and retained per co
